1. Log on to Blogger
2. Click the blog you would like to put the banner on
3. Click layout
4. Find the header
5. Click edit
6. Click shrink to fit
7. Choose the file your banner is in or copy & paste the link of your banner to the place shown.
8. Click save
9. View your blog
10. Make sure the banner looks right
